By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you pay.

You do not need an account to order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once your payment is confirmed and we email you a confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, if we cannot produce it, if the artwork breaches these terms, or if we suspect fraud.

• Mixed-design sticker sheets are a flat RM6.99 per sheet, regardless of how many designs you fit on it.
• Logo stickers, product labels and bulk stickers are priced from our published price list, with a minimum of 100 pieces per design.
• Delivery is a flat rate per destination — RM6 to Peninsular Malaysia, RM15 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan, and RM20 to Singapore — and free above RM34, RM69 and RM104 respectively.
• All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We accept debit and credit cards through Stripe, and online banking (FPX) through toyyibPay. Payment is taken in full before production begins. Card and banking details are entered on the provider's own secure page and never reach our servers.

You are responsible for the artwork you upload. By uploading it you confirm that:

• You own the artwork, or you have permission from the owner to print it.
• It does not infringe anyone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights.
• It is not unlawful, offensive, or in breach of Malaysian law.

You grant us permission to reproduce, resize and arrange your artwork purely for the purpose of printing and cutting your order. We may refuse to print anything we reasonably believe breaches the above, and will refund you if we do.

We print exactly what you supply. We do not redraw, recolour or correct your artwork. Our system warns you before payment if an image is too low-resolution for the size you chose, but the final decision is yours.

Your stickers are re-arranged onto the printing sheet for efficient cutting, so their positions may differ from the on-screen preview. Your artwork itself is never edited — the same design, size and colours, only its position changes. The number of sheets you are charged for will never increase after you order.

Printed colours can vary slightly from what you see on screen, because monitors and printing inks reproduce colour differently. Small variations of this kind are normal and are not a defect.

Most orders go straight to print. Where artwork is unclear or a job is large, we may email you a proof to approve first. If we do, we will not print until you approve it.

Once you approve a proof, you accept the artwork as shown. Errors that were visible in an approved proof — such as spelling, sizing or cut position — are not eligible for a free reprint or refund.

• Ships within 24 hours on working days, counted from confirmed payment — or from proof approval where a proof was required.
• We deliver within Malaysia and to Singapore.
• Peninsular Malaysia typically arrives in 2–4 working days after dispatch; East Malaysia and Singapore usually take longer.
• Singapore orders are shipped from Malaysia. Any Singapore GST, duty or courier handling charge is payable by you and is not included in the price you pay us.
• Delivery times are estimates. Once a parcel is with the courier, delays in their network are outside our control.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available, you may need to pay delivery again for a second attempt.

Because every order is made to your own artwork, cancellation and refund rights are limited once production has begun. Our Refund and Reprint Policy explains exactly when we will reprint or refund, and forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law that cannot be excluded.

Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed events, arising from a delayed or defective order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
